Here's the latest pic of my four wheeler, taken about 2 hours ago. Right where the fuel pump died 3 days ago. Looking pretty good with that homebrew plow my dad made years ago. http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif Like where I mounted the winch? I picked that thing up at a hamfest for $20. A Superwinch 1000lb winch. I googled the model of the winch and came up with a truck accessory site. It was selling for $350 there new. This winch is used, but I pulled myself up a hill the other day with it. I am going to photoshop in some tracks in back on it, and hopefully soon I will have a pair of tracks made for the back. I had a kid at school offer me the track, bogie wheels, and drive off a '72 Massey Ski Whiz snowmobile. Hopefully if I cut the track in half I could come up with 2 tracks for the back of the four wheeler. I have another drive that should work on that track. http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/laugh.gif
Edit: Also, I know, the back left tire is low. It leaks some. http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

Pretty neat, but what's that white stuff on the ground?
I picked up a winch too, but divorced her. She was used too.

It is something I haven't seen for a while called "snow". Pretty neat stuff. It is really cold, but fun to play in. We even have these vehicles to go on the snow called "snowmobiles". http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

Also, like the seat? http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif Also, the machine is a 1985 Kawasaki Bayou 185. A classic. http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif But, it is the first model of four wheeler Kawasaki made. Suzuki had the first, Honda the second, and I think Kawasaki 3rd. I think Yamaha had their first real one in '87. I know they had a youth one in '85. Mine was designed for an adult, but it is not that big. Shaft drive. Those knobby tires in back give me some nice traction in mud. ;)

Denver forecast for tonight:
Tonight: Periods of snow, mainly before midnight. Low near -5. Wind chill values between -10 and -17. East northeast wind between 5 and 13 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible.
Could have used 4WD for that drive home tonight!

Well, I only got 2wd on that thing. Note the huge knobbies in back (they are when fully inflated) compared to my front tires. The fronts are Kenda Scorpions, and the backs are Carlisle knobby tires. Both are 22x11x8, I think. I know the back ones are. I think my track idea would work out nice. Here are pics of commercially made ones that sell for about $5000 for 4 of them. I want to make my own set of 2 from snowmobile track for the back of my four wheeler.

Did you get any of that nasty wind that parts of Colorado got Monday? It looked and sounded pretty nasty from what I saw on the news today.
