N0YR came over to my house on May 4, 2002 to help me diagnose a problem with my Butternut HF-9V vertical antenna. #I was getting little to no reception, the SWR was high, and I couldn't make contact with anyone. #Turns out that a factory solder joint popped off and my coax was lying on the ground, no longer hooked up to my antenna. #Anyway, N0YR, John Smolenski, came right over with his MFJ-259B, quickly diagnosed the problem and resoldered the joint for me. #In short, N0YR is a kind, helpful induvidual, who is willing to help with a problem no matter how seemingly small.
