In November of 2005, I bought a radio from Mike. I paid an additional $25 for USPS priority shipping. Mike shipped the radio Parcel Post.. Today, March 13, 2008, I received a Money Order in the amount of $25 from Mike..
I consider this issue closed and request the moderators lock this thread. No comments from anyone is solicited or required.

I had a similar experiance.
We purchased a radio to give as a gift, asked as you did, to have it shipped express.
and it was according to the package.
However, because of new "US MAIL precautions"
is was shipped via truck, not air as requested and paid for.
The us mail, because it was electronics, refused to ship it by air
even though it was paid for..
The us mail failed to inform either the guy who shipped it, or us.
So it's possible that the real bad buy is us mail....
Sometimes I guess the pony just gets lame....

Nope, not in this case... Mike admitted he didn't ship priority mail..
His excuse: It cost too much..
