Hi,
All seems fine with your account? Look up your call and click on update...then choose add or change bio...Put in info you want and then MAKE SURE TO HIT SAVE AT BOTTOM OF PAGE.. This is a common error...If this does not work, what is the database telling you?? What is the problem?? Good luck...
