System Wont allow me to update

At some time in the past, I logged in as my name. Now I want to change the BIO for mycallsign K5RGV and the system is telling me that I am not allowed because my user name doesnt match any valid callsign in the database... Where do I go from here? What do I need to do so that I can login and change/update my info http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/rock.gif I tried to register again using my callsign and it wouldnt allow that either....

Hi,
You need to change your logon from kjames to your call,,,,,This is a common problem, one that I do not have the power to change...Drop an e-mail to Mike at QRZ_helper@hotmail.com and he will get you in order.....Make sure to give him all your info (call, current sign on, e-mail) to avoid delays....
