changing user name

I have recently passed the tech exam ,and now have a
valid callsign that is in your data base, and need some help . how do I change my user name from when I didnt
have a callsign . Please help

You need to change your logon from TURN1 to your call,,,,,This is a common problem, one that I do not have the power to change...Drop an e-mail to Mike at QRZ_helper@hotmail.com and he will get you in order.....Make sure to give him all your info (call, current sign on, e-mail) to avoid delays....
