I recently did a deal with Ken for my TS-440SAT w/ a problem with the ALC meter position. Ken called me when i had just gotten into work, I gave him my address for the check and the call ended.
I made a few mistakes here, for one I didnt write down his address/name/call thinking i would remember the call and be able to look it up later. Secondly I didn't mention the shipping cost/insurance. My mistakes and not his by any means.
I received the money order and noticed the amount not including shipping, I emailed Ken to work things out, we decided to split the shipping since I didn't specifically say anything about it which was fine by me. I deposited the check and sent out the package 3day fedex, I just checked the other day and it said it was delivered. I hope he enjoys the rig as much as I did, made my first HF QSo on there with EA3JE in Barcelona Spain, something I'll never forget thats for sure.
Overall a smooth deal, and an honest ham to do business with. Would do business with again. Thanks ken!
