Beware of KE4JGG

On May 16 2005 I sent a bank Check to KE4JGG for $118 in prepayment for a MC-60 mic and Daiwa CN-101 power meter including his QRZ advertised price of $115 plus I added $3 for insurance.I received the items 4 days later packed in a box L=9" W=9" H=4.5" The box was too small for the meter to say nothing of the (loose) MC-60. Both items were damaged.I ask him to file claim since he shipped the items. He did, and I was notified to bring in the box and packing to my P.O. which I did. I have not heard from KE4JGG since. #I even sent him a certified letter which he had to sign but still no reply. I probably would have been very understanding if He had showed decency enough to face his errors in packing & answered any of my communication. Orginally I would have accepted the broken part for the Mic but Now it is October22!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK so I can ship the whole thing back to him.Think twice before dealing with this ham.

It is now March 2006 and still no response from Mr. Ellis. I have since filed a fraud report with USPS in connection with this gentleman. #In the process I also found he RECEIVED a settlement on the damage from USPS and KEPT IT. #I received the damaged merchandise and he keeps the insurance payment. #Here is his info:
