After receiveing MANY replies to my emails of other people (HAMS) that have had dealings with FLOYD WOLFE,WOOSTER, OHIO Echolink node number 110128

DO NOT buy anything from this person.I have been scammed for $225.00 out of the $425.00 dollars I sent him for a Heathkit SB-200 amp which I never received after almost 8 months of emailing and requesting a refund of my funds.Now there are NO replies to my emails at all.The last one said that if I keep asking for the balance of my refund I WILL NEVER SEE IT.And that is what has happened now.He works on a MIDWAY of some fly by night carnival and brings those SCAMMING habits to his dealings with fellow hams.SO this is just a short post to advise all fellow hams(TRUE HAMS) not to have any dealings with FLOYD WOLFE N5OYA,Wooster,OH.I guess I am in along list of hams he has scammed over the past few years in one way or another.

This fellow is truly an "artist" I bought a palomar 300 amp from him a year or so back that was fritzed when i got it. burned up and meters shot.
I traded him a very nice new yaesu vhf radio for it. sent him several emails and never got a reply.
as the man said beware of this one.

He has ripped me off for $225.00 and he has been known to do it to several hams as well. SO BE ADVISED
I am going to contact the owner of QTH.com today and send him all the info I have on N5OYA and hopefully he will ban him from posting there as well..

COMPUTER - barebone system $100.00

Floyd admits here that he took Steve for $225.00 and proclaims that it is Steves own fault that he screwed him but then he claims that just because he was a dishonest scumbag does not mean that he is dishonest?!?

Are you saying that the amp showed up back to you and had been tampered with?
If so your theory is that he received it,took parts out and sent it back to you while claiming he never received it?

I am just trying to understand what you are saying here.

Well,this is getting VERY interesting!I emailed Floyd many many times to see when the amp was to be shipped and all I kept getting is another part was bad and he would have to order it and replace it.This went on for months.He NEVER SENT THE AMP TO ME. Just another PLOY to take the blame off of himself.I REALLY don't beleive he even said this.But then after thinking about it for a second it is right in form with his past statements to me !! I still have all the emails we ever sent back an forth in a file.And THERE ARE NONE saying the AMP was ever sent to me.And I also have emails sent to me from other hams that have gotten the same treatment that I did.
FLOYD I would like for you to PRODUCE ANYTHING that says the AMP was sent to my house 232 Riverside Dr. Lakeside,Arizona.
And furhter more I would like to see the form you said you filled out at the post office to get a REFUND for the Supposed LOST money order that you said you sent.

And in closing I did reply to your post @ QTH.com where you admit to"getting me for $225.00" so I will just let the FACTS speak for themselves ...AND THEY SPEAK VOLUMES.
Floyd, you have my eamil address or better yet PLEASE reply to this post or anyone elses post with the documents mentioned above.I am REALLY interested in seeing any of them.

Since this is all on the table and the amp never was ever sent to this house. I will post this email from Floyd saying that I dis-mantled the amp and sent it back.By the way I just got a call from Floyd and refused it.Being accused of receiveing the amp and taking the tubes out or what ever was missing just goes beyond believing at this point!

As far as filling for the lost amp.I was told by Floyd that the POSTAL MONEY order was lost not the amp.There isn't even a mention of the amp being sent to me in all the emails I have in a file about this whole mess.Once again I will let my reputaion speak for itself.This world is all about the power of TRUTH and PROOF . Floyd PLEASE produce some proof of what you have accused me of on this site and other sites.Thats all I ask post some documents here?And we'll let fellow hams decide ok?

In this email( one of many I saved) he states he is sending my funds back BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT THE AMP and he is GOING TO RELIST IT.This was after months of waiting to even get it! So,HOW could I have received the amp when it was NEVER EVEN SHIPPED.This is NOT rocket science folks.
