Although not free(about $20.00) ACLog2.8 is very easy to use and has great support.
Everyday logging software and download a 30 day free trial(if I remember correctly).

Try Net Logger by N1HWQ or ACLog. Both are good.

I vote for AC Log. I haven't used it heavily and haven't tried the others but found AC Log to be best suited for what I wanted after looking at many.
If you decide to go this route be sure to join the Yahoo group. There are actually two groups, one is a support group and one is a users group. The users group will notify you of updates and fixes to problems with the software while the support group is where you send and receive messages from other users and Scott regarding questions with the software. You will learn a lot about features you didn't use because you didn't know they were there just by reading other's questions and the answers they receive. Support is provided by Scott (the author of the software) and by other users in the group. Without putting down any of the others because I don't have experience with them I would have to say that AC Log and the rest of the N3FJP software is amoung the best supported software of any kind I have ever seen. The best part is Scott truly cares about putting out a quality product and it shows.

There is a fair selection of free software including several logging programs on the RSGB website. I suggest you download them (or if not a member get a friend to download them) and try them out. You may find one suits you better than the others.
Personally, I went back to paper!

I use MixW for digimodes and HRD as my main log.
WriteLog for contests.
