Great Site Marty!!! #I had seen some pics of the kooks, but nowhere as good as these. #I especially enjoyed the "Anatomy of a #Photo" and of course, the "communists". #People just don't realize how prevelent these folks are in shaping the minds of the Left. #Who do you think makes up every slogan the mindless anti-bush-crowd puppets chant. #"Bush Lied, People Died" That wasn't just a spontaneous utterance someone made. #That was a carefully designed, profession bit of sloganeering.#These folks are Pros and veterans of many a campaign; #a lot of them with credentials from the SDS pr Communist Worker party in the sixties. #This isn't their first Rodeo. #They are very media savvy and experts at influencing masses to act as one cohesive Lemming-like unit. #One body, one mind, one drone. #The insanity of it is; #they constantly accuse Bush Supporters #of being duped by lies AND UNCAPABLE OF THINKING FOR THEMSELVES. #The truth is, this IS the Democratic Party, and the kind of people who support the new Dem Left. #This is what half of the party has become, what the Democratic party depends on to win elections. Hey, this was a demonstration. These people wanted to be seen doing this, in fact, that was the objective. Nobody's spinning here so cut the usual dry fanatic retorts. They're getting to routine and "one size fits all" You can't have A REALITY BASED BELIEF SYSTEM, that's based on calling everything spin or "right wing". Sooner or later true facts have to be processed. These are simply photos of a Public News event. I'm sure you would have no problem viewing photos of a young Republicans convention. Phil Donohue was on the news pushing this event for heck's sake. This is main stream news.

Also, 7B objects to these extremists being characterized as the "Democrat's base." But the media often says or infers that "conservative Christians," with the requisite extreme social prudishness, is the "Republican base." Is that fair and accurate?

That was taking 128 hours in Chemistry, Physics, Math, Geology and Geophysics. I have over 200 semesters of college credit. What is your degree in? How many gas wells have you found that you own an interest in? How many times have you made a gas prospect, aquired the land, raised the money to drill it, drilled and completed it yourself, negociated the gas contract and put it into production, making your investors an excellent return? The answer is never, because you don't have any talent either. If you actually observed the world, your entire reality would be flushed down the toilet.

I know plenty of Republicans that might have voted for him. I'm not crazy about his domestic policy, but foriegn policy wise I've no problem.

Maybe the Dems on this board could copy and post their comments about how Cindy Sheehan is a nut from that threat about her on this board. Sorry, and I could be wrong, but I don't recall any Dems here doing that. All I saw was support.

1. Let the market decide, as long as the market is comprised of your friends. If the market decides against you, legislate your competition out of business.

2. There are always people willing to die for their country. If you can't market the concept to get them to do it, or pay them to do it, force them to do it. As long as it's not YOUR family doing the dying part.

3. Free speech is great, as long as it is what we want to hear. If it's not something we want to hear, pass laws against it.

4. Friends don't let friends bid on contracts, they're just awarded.

5. Deficits do not matter (to our generation).

6. The answer is in the bible.

7. We believe in small government. Except when it suits our purposes, then all bets are off.

8. You must attend church regularily. Pray for forgiveness of your sins, so you can run out the following week and do them all over again.

9. Any foreign problem is best solved from the butt end of a rifle.

21. The only problem with a CEO making 200 times what the average employee makes is that we're not getting enough of what he's making.

22. We can protect you from terrorists. Just sign on this line here so we can do away with a few pesky elements in the Constitution, and we'll get right on it.

23. Marijuana is bad. Oxycontin, is good (as long as you can shop for doctors to get it).

24. Judges which uphold the Constitution are activists, legislating from the bench. Judges which uphold our views regardless of the Constitution are balanced.

25. The media has a liberal bias. Nevermind if we actually *did* the things they're reporting, they just make up nonsense.

26. We like minorities; especially the ones that wash our cars.

27. Women are not discriminated against in the workplace. They receive equal pay. This wouldn't be an issue if they'd just stay at home and raise the kids.

28. Companies have a right to seek out the benefits of a free market, especially when searching for employees. Consumers however, can not be trusted to manage their money appropriately and should be denied a free market.

29. When in doubt, unite the country against a common enemy. Communism, terrorism or the boogeyman, it doesn't matter.

30. Spread and create wealth; appoint your friends to cabinet and department positions regardless of their qualifications.

31. It's Bill Clinton's fault.

32. Marriage is between a man and a woman and must be protected. Here's to our families, our wives and our girlfriends - may they never meet.

33. Capital punishment is our society's recognition of the sanctity of human life.

34. Hollywood whackos are to be ignored, but we'll gladly accept their campaign contributions.

I am going to assume I am speaking to rational people.Can anyone show me where W2NSF said the US is the only country that allows political discourse. Well, he never said that. But WA5OES comes back with his big point: "Hmmm. No other countries allow this? .." and then to top it off he laughs.

Why is this important? Well it clearly shows that what a liberal thinks happened or what was said is merely the delusion of his own mind. This is important. When speaking to a liberal remember reality does not come into play, only the construct of reality in his mind.

RJR: Yes, the loan has been a great success in the Finnish-American relationships. Towards the end of the pay-back the U.S. Congress decided to fund scholarships for finnish students in U.S universities with the remaining part. Many of my professors took part in the program in the 50's and 60's.

Actually I resurrected a 2 year old thread because it seems like resurrecting old threads in in vogue these past few days.

That said I agree. It does look like a very fine outing. I wouldn;t mind attending a party like that. Nothing like seeing a group of people out on a nice day, in communication with one another while making a strong statement against war and in particular, against corrupt war.

I can also say with certainty that there is far more love, compassion and integrity in the hearts of those people in the pictures than in any of those who viciously called them names and condemned them.

I am going to assume I am speaking to rational people.Can anyone show me where W2NSF said the US is the only country that allows political discourse. Well, he never said that. But WA5OES comes back with his big point: "Hmmm. No other countries allow this? .." and then to top it off he laughs.

Why is this important? Well it clearly shows that what a liberal thinks happened or what was said is merely the delusion of his own mind. This is important. When speaking to a liberal remember reality does not come into play, only the construct of reality in his mind.

If WA5OES has any ethics he will apologize to W2NSF.
