The topic and thread on the NPRM, a lengthy 479 pager in the Ham Radio News Forum has been behaving strangely for the last several weeks.
Example: Today we can view up to page 479 with last post of KC7JTY Posted: Oct. 06 2005,12:43 but there is evidence that the Last Post by: N2MMM Oct. 06 2005,16:42 exists and we have not been able to see it for last 24 hours.

Each time a page fills up and should roll over to a new page we see evidence of new post by some one but it takes several hours or days before the system will let us view the last post.
The question is: Are the powers that be temporarily locking the thread hoping it will die? Or is the software behaving strangly?

So by extension, are you suggesting that my question might cause all Ham Radio News to get banned? (grin)

I think my question meets the intent of this forum noted below.
I would appreciate the courtesy of an answer as that thread in the news forum has new postings that I and others would like to read and respond to.
