Sounds like a derivitave of "send money to this account" scam that's been making the rounds for years in various incarnations.

If the funds are actually going through (or being funneled through) CHASE BANK, an American Coprpration/Financial Institution, then the U.S. Postal Authorities, SEC, and FBI should be VERY interested!
It seems it's a SCAM, or possibly money laundering scheme. But by now, I would think the Feds are already working on it. In the meantime, it's a "head's up" and warning.
I have no problem with legitimate "charities," but I hate to see people's hard earned money (or even not hard earned money) line the pocket of unscrupulous persons.
