VE7CQE (Charles "Chase" Parent-Quinn) committed fraud. #He stole a Yaesu 817 and $163. #Please be aware that law enforcement personnel consider agreements made between two individuals to be "civil" matters and not criminal. #I checked this person out by checking with RAC (he is a licensed Canadian Ham), looking online (he is the Chief of a British Columbia Search & Rescuse operation), and talking to him by phone (he indicated he was active in ham radio, especially ILRS). #After the fact I found Charles Parent-Quinn has served time in prison at Fort Dodge, IA for check fraud. #I have been contacted by others that have be defrauded by VE7CQE.
