Here are the facts:
I posted here a Motorola M120 Radius mobile for sale for $150.00 or trade. Manny, KC2CUE e-mailed me and offered an assortment of radios he was willing to trade. I picked a Radio Shack HTX-242 he said was in good condition. We agreed we would ship to each other the next day, USPS Return Receipt Requested, even trade with each paying our own shipping.
I shipped the Motorola to Manny. He e-mailed me at one point asking if I had shipped it. The US mail is notoriously slow, as we all know. A few minutes after he e-mailed me he e-mailed me again, saying he had received the radio and it was in good condition. He had received his radio in six days. I also know he received his radio because I have since received the return receipt from the post office.
I have never received the radio Manny was supposed to send to me. I have e-mailed him numerous times and inquired as to his intentions. I also have sent him two e-mails asking him to respond, and that if he did not, I would post the facts of our trade.
