Here is the story: Scotty dead (http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20050720/ap_on_en_tv/obit_doohan)
He had a kid at the age of 80 according to this report..........All that "beaming up" must not have had any ill effects on his health!!!

Oddly enough, the guy who said that was the first to go where "no traveler returns."

HAW!!!

On the other hand... Scotty was, what, about 80 years old? Suffered from Alzheimer's? Sick as a dog?

Why wasn't HE chosen as Pope? (Pope Scotty I??)

Okay, swing that shovel now.

"""""""""""""""
"""""At 19, James escaped the turmoil at home by joining the Canadian army, becoming a lieutenant in artillery. He was among the Canadian forces that landed on Juno Beach on D-Day. "The sea was rough," he recalled. "We were more afraid of drowning than the Germans."

The Canadians crossed a minefield laid for tanks; the soldiers weren't heavy enough to detonate the bombs. At 11:30 that night, he was machine-gunned, taking six hits: one that took off his middle right finger (he managed to hide the missing finger on screen), four in his leg and one in the chest. Fortunately the chest bullet was stopped by his silver cigarette case.""""""""""""""&

Always keep keyboards wrapped in saran wrap. It is also handy to keep spares on hand since most modern keyboards can be washed but need 3 to 5 days to dry.
Good Bye Mr. Scot
