my uncle mel stuart k9dnn silent key passed away sunday morning in his sleep
he had worked over 45 years at itt in fort wayne in. ware i meeted late wife in the pic tube room
sorry to rambal on but it makes me think how much we all in the usa have lost
no longer can we buy or aford to buy radios or tvs built in the usa itt built T.V. back in the tube days and thay helped made the color that we watched a standard i under stand
he was a cw operator in WW II and helped more ger. pows back to there county after the war
sorry to raddal on and was who i got my intrest in electrics and ham radios
i pased away on feld day weekend

he checked in too the 50.58 net on 6 am for years that was before every one had 2 meter hts
