Callsign and Identity Theft

Alot of hams have heard about my fight trying to stop a bootlegger of my callsign. Also the use of my callsign to open a number of accounts on the internet. Since this has been going on since 1996 and alot has happened to myself. I thought I would design a web site to explain to people what has happened to me. Why it is happening.
