3" scope tube wanted

Looking for a new (not new-old stock) 3" scope tube -
part numbers I have are D7-201GH or D7-231GH, or a
Motorola number of 96-80377A04.
A source or any info would be much appreciated.

(Some years ago, there was a company in Los Angeles that rebuilt TV picture tubes. Would they still do that for
scope tubes, or is it not worth it any more?)

Just out of curiousity I wonder what piece of equipment
you want this tube for? Could it be the Motorola R-1200
