Can anyone help? I am looking for re-alingment setting for an Yaesu FT-7400.

You need to align it to the specifications called for in the service manual. Proper procedures, test gear needed, etc, will all be found there. There is no "magic setting" for the internal adjustments.

If you aren't sure you know what you're doing, the chance of screwing it up worse is about 110%. Go carefully.

As I siad, it's in the service manual. I suggest you contact Vertex Standard about the availability. But the service manual will not teach how to do it.

Again, tread carefully, you don't want to make things worse.
