40Mtr. mod for Kenwood TS-570

Hi Trevor.

You might look here (http://www.mods.dk/view.php?ModelId=525). Maybe the MARS/CAP mod would get it?

I guess I'm a little confused, though. As delivered (in the States, anyway), the 570 "just works" at these frequencies. There must be a Euro version that is programmed differently, in which case, the MARS/CAP mod would probably still work.

In any event, the above link lists "all known" mods for the 570. Good luck!

Hi Rob,
Thanks for the reply on the Kenwood 570 frequency mod. The U.K.version is limited on the 40Mtr band and I think that that MARS/CAP mod may do the trick.Thanks for taking the trouble to reply and pointing this out, I will give it a try. Thanks again Rob.
