My little Century 22 is one of my favorite rigs and while I thought the finals were dead I was wrong. Turned out a jumper went south and after rebuilding all my RG-8 jumpers it once again is developing power.
My question is that when I was inside the rig looking for a bad solder joint I noticed the finals are supposed to be MRF475's and turned out to be Mitsubishi C1969 Power Transistors.
I searched the web looking for specs and could not find any at all. Does anyone here know what the difference is and the frequency range of the C1969?
The reason I am asking is I get near full power on all bands except 80 and the C1969 sure seems to work well overall. Thanks to anyone who may know. #Bob

It is basically the same as the 2sc2312.

Used mainly in C.B stuff.
