Hah, that is good.. Didn't know SBC owned a church too. They're sure growing fast, Yahoo.com and now a church.
Come back NEXT Sunday, and they'll tell you the SECOND most powerful position...

Here are some typos from Chruch bullitens.
Enjoy.
1) Scouts are saving aluminum cans, bottles, and other items to be recycled. Proceeds will be used to cripple children.
2) The outreach committee has enlisted 25 visitors to make calls on people who are not afflicted with any church.
4) Evening massage - 6 p.m.
5) The Pastor would appreciate it if the ladies of the congregation would lend him their electric girdles for the pancake breakfast next Sunday morning.
6) The audience is asked to remain seated until the end of the recession.
7) Low Self-Esteem Support Group will meet Thursday at 7 to 8:30 p.m. Please use the back door.
8) Ushers will eat latecomers.
9) The third verse of Blessed Assurance will be sung without musical accomplishment.
10) For those of you who have children and don't know it, we have a nursery downstairs.
11) The Rev. Merriwether spoke briefly, much to the delight of the audience.
12) The pastor will preach his farewell message, after which the choir will sing, "Break Forth Into Joy."
13) During the absence of our pastor, we enjoyed the rare privilege of hearing a good sermon when J.F. Stubbs supplied our pulpit.
14) Next Sunday Mrs. Vinson will be soloist for the morning service. The pastor will then speak on "It's a Terrible Experience."
15) Due to the Rector's illness, Wednesday's healing services will be discontinued until further notice.

Hey FOY...
Clear your cache and reload... All we're getting is a message that says "Remote linking images makes baby Jeebus cry."

not religious, but hilarious! (http://www.engrish.com)
Mister KL1RO, I found your mocking of the church bulletin rather blasphemous and in extremely poor taste. These are Holy People you are ridiculing! How insensitive.
Also, this one really sounds dirty:
Quote[/b] ]8) Ushers will eat latecomers.
You'd best behave, or God will superglue fish to your forearms.
HAW!

Hi guys,
"These are Holy People you are ridiculing!"
Lighten up Sy, the only holy people are found on the wrong end of a machine pistol oozing. Why do you think it's called an UZI?
I'm sure glad those church people have a sense of humor or those signs wouldn't be funny.
If you attend a church where the pastor puts "git 'er done" on the sign,
you might be a redneck.

I like the fact that the website that helps generate sayings for church signs has a section of humours sign quotes LOL

Not religious, but still very funny... #I have a couple of pics [at home, not here at work] of some great signs. #One was posted on a Taco Bell marquee and was apparently missing one crucial letter. #It said:
NOW HIRING
ALL SHI TS
There was also a rather risque theater marquee, where - playing on three screens - were the films

Well, I think they are funny and I got about 15 of these in an e-mail but the ones I saw here are new ones. Could it be true? It appears as if the churches are using ( here comes)..... SEX...........as a eye-catching "selling point" in order to capture new members.
Iam probably wrong, but that is what it looks like to me. And if it is, then it doesn't say much for the pastors who approve these "eye-catchers" on their billboards. Ya gotta admit, it does catch ur eye and you do read the entire message.
The Erin Brockovich one had me rolling, but then thats me...well they all are hilarious. These types of advertizing when linked to religion can get very sticky......oooops.....wrong adjective, I mean very touchy.....ooops......very messy........never mind, I give up.

Next you guys will be asking the FCC to issue vanity church signs.
With all due respect - Don't you know that there is separation between church and state in the USA?
Hmmm...
I wonder if any British ham has been able to get the call of G0D?

I checked. G0D is not in QRZ's data base.
Is ham radio to be known as a G0Dless hobby?
Internet users can search for G0D using Google or Yahoo and find lots of references but a CQ to G0D would probably be unanswered....Unless somebody want to bootleg his call in vain.
