Ray Anderson, otherwise known as "Doc" passed away on December 8, 2004. Doc was a surgeon and avid ham. He was originally licensed as WA9FYM in the early 1960's. He then became WA9TIP and KG9OD. Doc got me started in ham radio. He gave me my Novice exam in June 1967. That started a 30 year career in electronics, wireless communications and electrical engineering, for which I shall be forever grateful. May you rest in peace old timer. 73 es gud DX, K9GWH
