Someone on here is offering an Icom 2000 for $85 shipped. That is about as good as you are likely to do. You might check any ham club or newsletter.

Or you could feed your HT into a beam antenna, bet that would work.

I have a old kenwood tr-7950 that works good, I think it does around 35 watts. $60.00 ps and you can take it home. lee
