I have a Dell Inspiron 8000 and an Ipaq 3870 PDA I would like to sell or work out a trade for an FT897. The Laptop has Linux Fedora 2.6.5-1.358 installed. The Laptop has a power on problem that I can not figure out. if I prop up the back right hand corner it boots up fine and works great. if it lays flat the laptop attempts to power up and then shuts right down. I am sure it is a simple fix but I do not possess the tools nor patience to resolve the problem, beside my new employer is buying me a new laptop for work. Comes with heavy duty case, ATI rage 128 mobility video 9 gig HD and I believe 512-765 of memory. The IPAQ 3870 w bluetooth has a fold-up Targus Keyboard and carying case that holds both. The Ipaq is in excellent condition rarely used. Still have plastic case and docking cradle with all accessories. Will consider any offer.
