They were racing in Mexico today and the race was fantastic. Coverage was well done. Truex ran away with it at the end.

yeaaa!!! NO NASCAR TODAY!!! Bunch of rednecks making a giant right hand turn anyway.......Rah Rah.... What cracked me up the most was when D. Earnheart ate the wall. People acted as if it were the END OF THE WORLD and 99.99999% of them NEVER EVEN MET THE GUY.

It really depends on the perspective now don’t it, I meet folks everyday that look at Ham radio the same way. Why would do all that to talk around the world when ya can pick up a phone or use the computer. Interesting that you find someone's death something to cheer about.
I knew Dale Earnhardt for years. He could be a cantankerous SOB. He could be a great guy. Like a lot of people. But the measure of the man was what happened after he won the Daytona 500 in 1998. Every crew member, of every team, lined up to cheer and high-five him when he drove pit road on his way to Victory Lane. I was there and, trust me on this, none of that was staged.
Dang, you must really have a great day when a 747 goes down.

My comment is about the people who acted as if were the end of the world and didn't even know him.
And that depends who is on the 747.....If it contained, Bill and Hillary, Ted Kennedy, John Kerry, Michael Moore and thier party associates, yea I'd have great time...Hell, I'd even buy the beer for the party!!!
