Here's one for the shack and it's continually updating itself:

NH--
The only problem I see with this type of clock, is that you need a dedicated computer in the shack, for it to work. The only dedicated computer in my shack, is for packet. http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

You're right, but it could run in another window while you're running packet.

Darn! #Too bad I missed it on New Years Eve 1999 !
Would'a been like watching the odometer roll over to 100,000 miles !

Hey! That thing is reading the clock on MY computer, I just set it back to N.Y.E 1999 and watched it roll over... kinda like my own personal Time/Space TIVO !

The most unusal clock I ever saw was on an outside wall of a bank building. It was just a matrix of lights that indicated time in BCD. People would stop and stare at it for hours. They eventually put a pamphlet box under the thing to explain how to read it. After reading the pamphlet, people would stop and stare at it for hours--and minutes. http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

Only problem I see is that the slash is backwards-- anyone else notice?

Tom - that's the way the Japanese write a zero. Notice the sevens are slashed also?

I'm going to try that one too. I've seen it turn over at midnight but that's gotta be impressive...

It does look pretty sharp, but the second digit of the DAY won't change , daggone it!
Going from 31 to 01 ...
No way to get 'em all to go at once, that I can see.
