Kenwood TR 7730-Help wanted

I was given a kenwood tr 7730. trying to get it working.The squelch is wide open, and can't key repeaters.It receives excellant,watt meter shows power out. Anyone have a manual or better yet the service manual for one of these things. Jim/ KD7UU #
