Was curious if everyone agreed that the customer service of the FCC is fantastic. I used the ULS to update my address and within 10 days I had my new license and everything. Very simple process and I am very satisfied. This is the second time I have done this and I am amzed that the US Gov't has become efficient in this process. Also applied for a new Radio License for the aircraft and it arrived the same date. Wow. I realize that most of this is done via computer without any other interaction but wouldn't it be nice if other organizations we as efficient. Happy Holidaze.
