Val Lysenco was a pirate operator using the call of P29VS,
This call was never issued by the P29 Licence section.

He was operating Aero Mobile and base in VK3 in Australia until caught by the Australian Communications Authority.
He was also operating P29VS/VK to which we have no recipricol licence with P29.

He was prosecuted by the Australian Communications Authority.
This person was supported by Amateurs in Australia / New Zealand and Naru, them all being friends of the above allowed these goings on and even tried to give him support in applying for a P29 licence by giving false information to the P29 Government.

These Amateurs allowed him to operate for over 18yrs on the Amateur Bands.

If you have a QSL card from this person then it is not valid for your DXCC award.

I have also been getting emails from: Fred Smith [g4uya@yahoo.co.uk] this address and details are not and do not belong to the owner of the call G4UYA.
Check QRZ.com for G4UYA for the proper details and owner of the call.

This is the type of goings on that this group do and continue to abuse.
Do we need amateurs of this type on our bands.
