Aquila is attempting to build a power plant two miles from our home, next to a neighborhood, completely disregarding zoning ordances and permits. County files lawsuit against Aquila (http://www.demo-mo.com/news3-120304.html)
The citizens and the County are paying their hard earned money to fight this bully in court. If we're having this much fun now, can you imagine how much of a "good corporate citizen" they will be when they learn more about BPL?
Boy, the FCC really got in bed with a dirty bunch when they thought the power companies will self police!
