Even spinning a bearing or blowing a hole through a piston or letting all the smoke out of an electronic component .

There seem to be a lot of variations on this. I just copied "No man's life, liberty, or property are safe while the Legislature is in session". I did not record the author, but not someone who I recognized.

Anyone know for sure?
