I heard somewhere on AM Radio (WMMB I think) an IRS Tax Analyst saying that plans are being made to completely revamp and recompartmentalize the IRS.

I liked the part about the Kerry's charitable giving. (or lack of it) Just like Al Gore.
They sure want to help the little people, but always with someone elses money.
