There is some truth within his film, unfortunately Michael Moore made it in more of a propagandist way so that it detracted from the actual facts in the movie. I think he did a great disservice to the cause of truth by presenting his facts in such an obviously biased way, and with tons of partisan rhetoric.
I saw it with a mixed group of people with varying political affiliations and even the people that agreed with the facts within the film thought it was presented poorly, with bias, and much that was out of context. Like a propaganda film. Now I hear those swift boat supposedly for truth nitwits are going to do the same on TV, what a waste of time. Now this movie too, oy, too much pomposity and not enough facts. Not that I've seen the hype one, but I would imagine it's much of the same.
Oh well, I don't think Moore ever claimed to be a strict documentarian anyway, but it did take away from some of the valid points that were made by being so obviously biased.
