I also remember the spring of 1974. Streaking was the craze. And the freshman State senator of my college district, a Democrat, stood by the street and cheered the bare runners on!

Who didn't do the streaking thing? {other than me} It was just one of those a silly things considered cool at the time.
Now 'flashing' is a different thing in my mind, if this fellow had been hanging around school grounds and did that this would be a mute point because he would never have gotten to this far.
He would have probably been locked up long ago.
