A friend of mine #Found a ham HT on I-91 southbound just south of exit 3 in Brattleboro ,VT. in the month of July about 6 am in the morning . It was the same day as a fire in Chesterfield ,N.H. at a tire garage .

I suggest you call the arrl and ask if they can put it in their weekly bulliten, and also call up all the clubs within 50 miles of that location.
