Grand Rapids, Mich. has another hamfest coming on Sept. 11,2004 on Saturday as well VE Exam walk ins accepted location this year will be held @ Forest Hills Northern H.S. details at.....

By the way I also want to say they have updated their site and have a few pixs on some rather neat projects everyone should check this, out.

very easy to get to Of I-196 & I-96 Merger area , just grab East Beltline ( aka M-37 ) Go South to Leonard Street do the Michigan U Turn for your left turn over to the right Go East , a few miles on Left New High School on left.
TALK-IN 147.260 (+) C.T.S.S.is 94.8 hz. Yes it is fully C.T.C.S.S. capable, you might evn find a few simplex operators on 146.520 open no Tone, but try 94.8 in case someone does C.T.C.S.S.
