Great article, good points... let's hope other communities considering BPL read it!
Good article. I am especially pleased the club participating in the meeting stressed the impact BPL would have on non-amateur bands.
Communicating the full story makes all the difference in the world. (Few understand or care about amateur radio operators, however, they do understand the idea of interfering with police, fire, safety and aircraft!)

Hey, Bush and Kerry has been pulling all the attention away from BPL.
What's new on the BPL front? Are the power companies proceeding with their deployments or are they starting to realize the problems are going to out weigh the revenue benefits?
