I don't know if anyone has trouble but me, I can't seem to use my old password to change to a new password in my control board on this website. How can I change to a new password if it doesn't agree with what I put in? Isn't there someway that a human can override this situation and clear someone from the memory to start anew? I put in my name and all the other info, then I submit. It says there is someone by that name already. It seems to be a vicious circle. When I go to try my old pass word that I've had for years, it rejects that. What a way to invite people into a website, when it merely pisses them off. I just don't feel like getting a new password every day to get on this service. Is there no help available?? Maybe someone could erase my name and call from all memory and I could start anew. OKAY..

Drop an e-mail to editor@qrz.com and tell them about it... I'd put something like "password problem" or "log-in problem" in the subject to get their attention.

Have you tried logging out and then logging in again? That seems to fix most of the problems.
If that doesn't work, then log out, delete all of your temporary Internet files, delete all of your cookies, delete all of your history (you should be doing all of these things at least several times a week to eliminate all sorts of problems with your Internet browser). Then shut down your computer, leave it off for at least a minute, then turn it back on and go through whatever to log in again.
If that doesn't work, then contact aa7bq@qrz.com or editor@qrz.com and put "callsign" as part of your subject. That will insure that you make it through their SPAM filters. It may take a day, or two, for them to get back with you. The changes have resulted in a lot of E-Mail traffic for them.
