Northumberland County ARES and Snyder County ARES/RACES is sponsoring

Inaugural ARRL EPA Section EmComm Conference
Date: Saturday – October 23, 2004
Time: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

The Conference is open to all Amateur Radio Operators interested in
Amateur Radio Emergency Communications.
Speakers at the Conference will be:

Registration Fee: $5.00 if received on or before Oct 17th, or $7.50
after.
