Beware, I sent Mr. Stuart Landau, (k6yaz) money for #an Dummy Load May 6th, still have not received my dummy load! Numerous Telephone calls unawnsered, emails not responded to either! #Beware he is also on E-BAY as (testum), with a few more negative feedbacks.

I tried to look him up on Ebay as testum, but found no activity.

Testum has 2 recent negative feedback entries.. Strange coincidence, both involve non-delivery of a dummy load?? K6YAZ didn't bother to enter a response to either entry....

I wonder if he'd be interested in posting a response here??

Actually, the older of the two was a Tektronix spectrum analyzer, but the fact remains.

Wish I had one of those...

What Ebay should do is post the amounts of the transactions on their feedback scores. That way you could tell if they are a seller that sells little trinkets or cheap stuff then screws people on larger ticket items.

Did you guys notice the pattern? He was very active on eBay for two years and has 2 of three negatives within one week of each other just before his activity stopped completely in July. Out of 518 members who left feedback he had only 1 negative until the end!!

99.3%. That's an excellent score on eBay and he had to do a lot of good deals for that. Maybe something happened to the guy. Maybe he took ill or something. I notice a tendency to judge too quickly here. Think a little bit before you trash someone in public over a cheap dummy load.

Maybe...just maybe, there's isn't any excuse at all for this kind of behavior.

No score, even an excellent score, has any bearing at all with the current transaction. #He needs to fulfill his obligation with each and every offer to maintain an excellent score. #If he doesn't, his score isn't worth squat. #And in this case it sounds as if you could even label him a thief. #Taking money and not sending the merchandise...trying to sell the item twice on eBay? #What possible excuse could K6YAZ have? #He had a headache? #Or he was out of gas and just couldn't get to the UPS depot...over a month ago? #I'll leave any future dealings with Stuart to you, as you will 'understand' when he burns you. #Me, I don't understand it at all.
