Beware in responding to any ads from this individual. He has advertised and sold several items on QTH.com and never delivered on any of them. He has taken money from at least four hams including myself and never shipped the items that were purchased. He communicates promptly until payment is received then he no longer responds to e-mails or telephone calls. There is legal action pending against him. To all concerned. Joe was sent a postal money order by me and cashed it and never sent the item. this constitutes interstate mail fraud and is a federal charge. I am presently in touch with postal inspectors in Pa. and I urge all involved to pursue legal action if possible.
