I bought a 2 meter and 6 meter loop from Phil

http://www.ku4ab.com/index.html or search for him on ebay he sells the antennas there using his call sign KU4AB for his ebay user name

They are put together quite well. I had TONS of questions for Phil and he answered everyone of them with alot of advice on installation over SEVERAL emails.

I hooked up the 6 meter loop temporarily inside the house on my camera tri-pod just so I can listen. I barely had the antenna hooked up for a minute and I heard the loudest signal I have ever heard on 6 meter, 50.147 USB W5OZI in Texas, I am 70 miles from Chicago. I switched back and forth from the G5RV and the indoor loop while listening to him and I had to struggle to hear him on the G5RV with no signal on the meter DUH!! http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif and as I switched to the loop INDOORS he was S-7 http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif I tried to contact him but the ball and chain,,,,,,,errrrrrrrrrrr uhhhh wife yelled "YOUR MESSING UP THE DAMN TV!" ooops thats a project I hope to correct.

I will reply about the 2 meter loop when I hook that up.

Didn't I see something like this in the latest QST? Just skimmed the article, but didn't notice dimensions for 50/144 MHz. Article was for 220/440??
