I sent him money for two broken HTX-100 radios, he said he got payment and would ship in 48 hours. This was on the 5th of May. He will not answer emails anymore.
Does anyone know him or has had dealings with him??

I have had similar problems myself and sometimes individuals were called away on company travel, etc.
