HF Radio needed

I am looking for an HF radio to give to a friend that is need. He is having financial difficulties and I want to help. I am looking for something in the range of a TS-430S radio. It can be a Kenwood,Yeasu,Icom,etc because the make doesnt matter. It needs to have a digital readout, put out 100 watts, SSB filters and preferably a "mobile" radio. Not looking for perfect ,just something that is functional. I dont have much money for this but am willing to help all that I can.
