Just a word of caution. I purchased a broadcast band receiver from this guy, and stated it "worked before shipping" which should have been a clue. Well, I am out of $300 for a bpiece of crap that doesn't work, never did in fact. Had to have it repaired to the tune of $125. Defective, failed electrolytic caps (doesn't come from shipping either).
Sent numerous e-mails to this loser about at least splitting the cost of the repair with some partial refund, and stated "he is hard up for the money (probably why he advertised this piece of crap as working, etc.). Won't refund money, and the agreement was prior to his shipping was if the unit arrived DOA, he would agree to take it back and refund the purchase price, which he agreed to. Then re-nigged on it after the receipt of a piece of junk that never worked.
He stated he had "witnesses" that it worked, but never produced one shred of evidence to support that lie. Surprised?
Anyway, I filed an internet fraud claim, etc., and to date, haven't heard anything. So I am screwed.
I would think this should be considered a felony due to the large sum of money frauded by this individual.
Don't do business with this loser.
