It's time, you all, HAMS, stand up and get counted! whatever your stand for, there are, at present 4 different proposals for rule making, for amateur radio.
you need to do something today, because the cut off date is april 24, only TWO WEEKS,, HURRY
Each one will make sweeping changes to our hobby !
The ‘number one’ issue I see with all these proposal is the lack of ‘Upgrade Incentives’. AN entry level license should be an ENTRY level license, not a STOPPING PLACE for those who are not interested enough in Amateur Radio to progress and grow. This has nothing to do with CW, We don't want people setting on the bottom step forever!
So if you post a comment to the FCC, think about a one or two year license for the beginners..
