just receivied a tm-732a that does not transmit.i can not find a schmatic for it to down load to trace down the problem. i was wondering if this radio is a good enough radio or worth the money to have fixed by kenwood.i would like to fix myself but can not find a down load for it. is it worth sending off?

I have had mine for about three years,and got another for the house two years ago. I am very happy with mine,and concider it very worth the money to have it fixed.
