CDE/Hygain part needed

Hello.

I am looking for the 'Clamp plate' from a CDE/Hygain rotor. Mine is a Ham II, but I bet Ham M, 2, 3, etc would all work. Possibly even the lower-duty rotors use the same plate. This is the small metal part that the u-bolts connect through, and clamp the mast between.

I purchased a lower mast support, and it did not come with ANY hardware at all, not even this plate.

I also need two stainless u-bolts for the same rotor, if in good condition please include price, etc.
